Colorado Mountain College’s Rifle campus—officially known as the West Garfield Campus—is a vibrant community college located at 3695 Airport Road, just east of Rifle in western Garfield County. Opened in 2007, the modern 34,000 sq. ft. facility features cutting-edge labs, a fitness center, fine arts studios, and a spacious 287-seat auditorium.

With a student-to-teacher ratio around 12–13:1, CMC Rifle emphasizes personalized instruction. Specializing in Career Technical Education, Allied Health, Adult Basic Education, GED preparation, English as a Second Language, and Adult High School Diploma, students can obtain everything from certifications to bachelor’s degrees.

Beyond academics, the campus hosts non-credit community events and classes, like bilingual Family Fridays, Ceramics, Starting a Business, and more.
